v0 paid beta
Prepared the pre-release v0 read-only Jobs and Companies contract, canonical OpenAPI 3.1.2 definition, generated SDKs, and developer documentation for paid beta. Employee count uses company[employeeSize] only; removed company[employeeMin] and company[employeeMax] return strict 400 responses. Both SDKs reflect this pre-release contract.
