# Microsoft Teams

Deliver Signals monitor updates to an explicitly selected Microsoft Teams channel.

## Microsoft Teams access

| Capability | Behaviour |

| Installation | A Luranta organisation owner or admin completes Microsoft consent. |
| Access | Only the permissions needed to discover selected teams/channels and send messages. |
| Target | One explicitly selected team and channel per destination. |
| Content | A concise rights-cleared summary and an authenticated Luranta link. |
| Removal | Disconnecting the installation revokes every destination that depends on it. |

## Connect Microsoft Teams

1. Open Signals → Destinations and choose Microsoft Teams.
2. Select the Luranta organisation and complete Microsoft consent.
3. Choose a team and channel, save the destination and send a test.

## Delivery behaviour

- Luranta re-checks organisation membership during installation, callback, target selection, refresh and removal.
- Provider credentials stay encrypted and are never exposed to the browser after OAuth completes.
- Delivery links require a current Luranta session and organisation membership.
- Failed targets retry independently and surface receipts in Signals → Destinations.
